LANCASTER — A Berlin man was indicted on charges he used physical force to rob two people, one a 16-year-old girl who suffered facial fractures in the incident. Meeting Friday, a Coos County grand jury indicted Joseph D. Perreault, 31, of 190 Willard Street on two counts of robbery and one count of second-degree assault. On May 7, Perreault is alleged to have thrown the female teen to the ground and physically assaulted her to obtain her wallet, which contained $90 in cash. Two days before, Perreault is alleged to have struck and held a man while an unidentified third party took $60 from the alleged victim.
Other indictments: Mark J. Baillargeon, 56, of 39 Devons St., Berlin was indicted on a charge of second-degree assault. The indictment alleges he recklessly caused injury to a Berlin business man by “stomping on, and/or kicking, and/or striking” the alleged victim as he laid on the ground. Paul Pinette, 59, of 371 Madison Ave., Berlin was indicted counts of burglary and attempted burglary at the Mt. Madison Hotel in Gorham on Jan. 9. Justin Elsea, 21, of 712 Second Ave., Berlin, was indicted on three counts of burglary. David L. Michaud, 49, of 192 Prospect St., Berlin was indicted on a count of possession of a controlled drug (cocaine). Michael Cote, 34, of 388 Westcott St., Berlin was charged with five counts of receiving stolen property. The indictment notes Cote had previously been convicted of receiving stolen property and theft by unauthorized taking in 2015. Miguel Cruz-Centeno, 33, of Northern NH Correctional Facility, 138 East Milan Rd., Berlin was indicted on a charge of delivery of articles to prisoners and possession of a controlled drug (buprenorphine). Dana Tassie, 27, of Northern NH Correctional Facility, 138 East Milan Rd., Berlin was indicted on a charge of delivery of articles to prisoners and possession of a controlled drug (buprenorphine). Nathan Tassie, 20, of 65 Coburn Wood, Nashua, was indicted on a count of delivery of articles to prisoners. Beth Cameron, 28, of 25 Second St., Colebrook was indicted on a charge of bail jumping. Nathan Russell, 28, of 26 Lummoxville Rd., Haverhill was indicted on a count of driving after being certified as an habitual offender.
