CONCORD – Gov. Maggie Hassan said she will sign SB 30, which clears the way for Balsams developer Les Otten to seek a state guarantee for a $28 million commercial loan.

The Senate Thursday concurred with the House's amended version of the bill and it now goes to Hassan's desk for her signature. The bill will allow the state's unincorporated places to be eligible for such guarantees through the N.H. Business Finance Authority.
