LANCASTER — Students from grades 7-12 attending area public high schools, religious or being homeschooled in northern New Hampshire and northeastern Vermont gathered to view displays and demonstrations depicting work opportunities and career possibilities in the North Country on Tuesday.

Most importantly, whether coming from as far south as Plymouth, as far north as Pittsburg or as far west as St. Johnsbury and Newport in Vermont, the teenagers could speak with business representatives and owners to learn more. The pupils learned more in person about health care, manufacturing, energy and forestry management.
