DUMMER — For three generations, the Glover family has owned 820 acres of land east of the Pontook Reservoir in Dummer that contains a mosaic of habitats and is popular for hunting, fishing and public pedestrian uses.

N.H. Fish and Game closed last week on the purchase of the land, ensuring it will be permanently protected from development and remain open for public use.
