BERLIN — If you are looking for a place to have dinner Saturday night after the Nansen Winter Carnival, or just want to join neighbors and friends to share a meal, go to the St. Barnabas Church in Berlin for a free homemade meatloaf dinner with all the fixings.

The community dinner will take place on Saturday, Feb. 22, from 5:30-7 p.m. No tickets are necessary.

Just go as you are and bring family and friends. There will be plenty of hot coffee, tea and cold beverages.

The dinners are intended to bring the community of Berlin together to share a meal and conversation for a fun and friendly evening.

The meals are free and open to everyone.

This year’s dinners are made possible with funding from the Episcopal Church of New Hampshire. The all-volunteer crew is made up of members of St. Barnabas Church, other local churches, students from Berlin and Gorham and members of the community. Doors open at 5 p.m.

St. Barnabas Church is located on the corner of Main and High Streets in Berlin. The phone number is (603) 752-3504. Go to for more information about these and other events.
