BERLIN — Androscoggin Valley Hospital recently announced a number of enhancements to its food services program. Under the guidance of Brian Inkell, named food services director in April, the department secures much of its produce from Upper Valley Produce and Vermont Hydroponic.

The former’s goal, as stated on the company’s website is to bring "fresh, wholesome, seasonal produce direct from growers in your region to your retail shelves and restaurant tables.”
