NORTHERN N.H. — The Tri-County Community Action Program, Energy Assistance Services, is reminding all eligible individuals that they can still apply for winter heating assistance ending April 30. TCCAP’s Fuel Assistance Program awards funds to qualified households provided by the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program. LIHEAP is a federal program that helps low-income households address energy costs by providing grants for qualified households to assist with heating expenses.

“The Fuel Assistance Program helps thousands of area households remain warm and that’s crucial with the rising cost of heat during the cold New Hampshire winters,” said Energy Assistance Services Program Manager Sarah Wight.
