LITTLETON — North Country Healthcare announces the launch of its new system-wide volunteer training program, designed to create a more unified and well-prepared volunteer community across its four affiliates: Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital, Androscoggin Valley Hospital, Weeks Medical Center and North Country Home Health & Hospice Agency.

The first volunteer orientation will be held on Monday, Feb. 24, from 10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m., at Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital in Colebrook. Lunch will be provided. This training is required for all new and current volunteers and will provide essential information on North Country Health’s mission, volunteer expectations and key policies such as HIPAA compliance and infection control.
