CONCORD — The Foley family wants healthcare professionals to know Tim as they knew him: an artist, a brother, a son, an uncle and a friend. By sharing his life and their experience supporting him through schizophrenia, they hope to help shape care for other individuals and families navigating mental illness.

This November, the family will carry that commitment to education into the New England Health Summit. Their keynote presentation, “Seeing the Person Beyond Psychosis: Schizophrenia in Primary Care,” will be accompanied by an exhibition of Tim’s artwork.
