GROVETON — In response to the requests of many patrons, the Groveton Thrift Shop will hold its traditional bag sale of winter clothing from Wednesday, March 15,  through noon of Saturday, March 18. During this clearance event shoppers will be charged only $5.00 for all the clothing that can be tightly rolled and stuffed into a sturdy bag. The Shop remains stocked with clothing for babies, children, and men and women of all sizes. At this time there is a selection of maternity clothes and scrubs. Recently, several men’s business suits have been added to the rack, and of course, shirts and ties are also included in the bag sale.
The Groveton Thrift Shop is located at 9 State Street in Groveton. In case of bad weather, call (603) 636-2026 to be sure the Shop is maintaining it usual hours.
