BERLIN — The New Hampshire Department of Corrections held its graduation commencement ceremony from Granite State High School, June 13, at the Northern New Hampshire Correctional Facility.
Seven students wearing caps and gowns received their diplomas Thursday in a ceremony attended by teachers, family and friends. Assistant Commissioner Benjamin R. Jean was the keynote speaker commending the new graduates for achieving this educational milestone as they continue their journey towards successful reentry back into their communities, better prepared and more confident than when they left.
