GREENFIELD, Mass. — The Connecticut River Conservancy recently received an $11.5 million award from the U.S. Department of Agriculture Regional Conservation Partnership Program, which is administered through the Natural Resources Conservation Service, to restore ecosystems in the Connecticut River watershed in New Hampshire, including Coos County.

This is the largest funding award in the organization’s 72-year history, with all funds directed toward ecosystem restoration projects in the Connecticut River watershed in New Hampshire over the next five years.
