CONCORD — Following federal approval of its Digital Equity Plan, the state will begin implementing the plan to ensure residents will have the training and equipment they need for internet access and usage, according to the Department of Business and Economic Affairs.

The National Telecommunications and Information Administration approved New Hampshire’s award of nearly $5 million under the State Digital Equity Capacity Grant Program. The grant was created and funded by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.
