GORHAM — Walter Graff of Randolph, senior vice president of the Appalachian Mountain Club, will retire next Feb. 1.

Employed by the Boston-based non-profit for 45 years, he was hired in July 1974 as the program manager at what was then known as Pinkham Notch Camp (now AMC Joe Dodge Lodge and Visitor Center) in Pinkham’s Grant.
