Twin Brooks is a fantastic cross-country course, but it was not easy.
“It had a lot of turns and hills everywhere,” Fryeburg Academy cross-country Coach Trevor Hope said. “Not a PR (personal record) course but a great place to compete. Certainly, a hard course.”
