Leftovers from last week’s Bridgton Select Board meeting:

Price cut Appreciated. Paula Rubinow liked what she saw on her latest wastewater bill — a price cut. Like many residents, Rubinow experienced sticker shock when she saw sewer bills carrying a much higher number than she anticipated when she hooked into the system. The Cottage Street resident and others approached the Select Board to find ways to reduce the fee on sewer users, especially if the town wants to see the number of customers increase.
