Casey Sherman in Dirigo Series

FRYEBURG — The Leura Hill Eastman Performing Arts Center is incredibly excited to host author and Fryeburg Academy Alum Casey Sherman (’88), who returns to campus for the second event of the Dirigo Speaker Series on Homecoming Weekend, Thursday, Oct. 29.

The event begins with a cocktail reception at 6 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center lobby catered by 302 West Restaurant & Tavern. The speaking portion of the event will begin at 7 p.m. with Sherman talking about his bestselling stories, how his books have been adapted to major motion pictures, and go beyond the traditional author talks to get in-depth about his storied career. This will also be followed by a Q&A session.
