One or two complaints about speeding is often taken with a grain of salt, but when new Town Manager Donald Kasprzak heard several safety concerns from walkers and residents of Highland Road, he felt it is time to act.

Working with Police Chief Phil Jones, Kasprzak is proposing a “pilot program” to install additional stop signs in hopes of “calming traffic.”
