Following a visit to the Rufus Porter Museum in Bridgton in 2024 by staff from The Huntington Art Museum, RPM Executive Director Daniel Dinsmore recently had the pleasure of traveling to Pasadena to see the result of that collaboration.

Two years ago, the Huntington team visited Bridgton specifically to study the construction of the Graham Center and how museum officials here chose to house the Norton House murals. Inspired by the work of RPM staff and advisors, the Huntington opened a landmark exhibition earlier this year featuring another Maine treasure: the Zebulon Trickey House murals from Westbrook.
