Gorham’s cross country coach, Rob Hamel, updated me on the status of his team and he seems pretty excited with each runner’s individual progress three quarters of the way through the season.
He said Anna Roberge and Zoe Grondin “are very competitive and have been pushing each other at every practice and meet, are finishing in the top 10 consistently, and through it all, are great teammates. Rob Moorehouse is now in the mid-19s for times and has been placing consistently in places 5-10 with other Division III and IV runners.
