CONWAY — The Kennett High girls’ basketball team got defensive on Tuesday night, putting the clamps on the Berlin offense at the Peter Ames Gymnasium. The Eagles limited the Mountaineers to just 15 points through the first three quarters as they cruised to a comfortable 43-23 victory.

The win lifted Kennett to 10-2 in Division II, extending its win streak to nine games in a row.
