BERLIN — Berlin High School student Samantha McCann was recently honored as the Division III Pitcher of the Year for 2019.  

I know most coaches and players focus on team efforts and awards rather than individual achievements, but they have also established these special awards. Someone has to nominate and campaign for the players, and then the coaches vote on them.
