Elizabeth Ruediger: Perhaps you should read the bill

To the editor:

With regard to Ted Miller’s rebuttal of my letter detailing the circus tent filled with men who need anger management instead of an arsenal, read the legislation. HB 564, which passed the House vote on Thursday to move on the state Senate, actually contains provisions for discretion and implementation of individual approval to carry by local school district boards.
