BERLIN — On Saturday at about 11:10 a.m., the Berlin Police Department, the Berlin Fire Department and a New Hampshire Fish and Game conservation officer responded to a reported ATV crash on Smitty’s Trail in Berlin.

The operator, identified as 61-year-old Karen Salvatore of Brentwood was traveling downhill when she lost control of the ATV she was driving. The machine veered off the trail and rolled over.
