Colorado, Washington, Oregon, and Alaska legalized marijuana, five more states including neighboring Massachusetts and Maine are considering the same, this election. More than 65 percent of Granite Staters support this. Decriminalization is now widespread.
Today, we reap wonderful health benefits from the varied medical application of this plant. This positive development due, in large part, to the courage and integrity of neurosurgeon Dr. Sanjay Gupta, CNN Medical Correspondent and candidate for U.S. Surgeon General ( preferring his practice,turned it down). In a revealing, influential TV Report, Dr. Gupta bluntly stated that the DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency) had unequivocally lied and then proceeded to debunk 90 years of misinformation, deliberate and otherwise. Concurrently, an increasingly informed citizenry is mobilizing a strong national movement to eliminate this victimless crime
