This is an open letter to the representatives of North American Dismantling (NAD) and Laidlaw. I attended the crowded informational meeting on Nov. 13, and learned nothing new about the proposed Biomass Project planned for the former paper mill site. It became quite evident to me that the whole deal is driven by monetary gain without concern for the wishes of Berlin citizens.
