Mill workers are hoping the N.H. Public Utilities Commission will quickly approve the special energy contract between Public Service of NH and Fraser Papers.

In filing the special contract petition with the PUC Friday afternoon, the two companies asked for an expedited decision so Fraser Papers can recall 150 laid-off workers at the pulp mill as soon as April 1.
