The proposed wind farm in Phillips Brook would mean over $40 million for Coos County’s economy during the two year construction phase.

According to a University of New Hampshire study commissioned by Granite Reliable Power, economic activity and benefits for the county would be greatest during the construction period. GRP is proposing to build a 99-megawatt wind farm that would include 33 wind turbines.
