BERLIN – Two Berlin projects have each been awarded a $500,000 Community Development Block grant in the latest funding round announced Wednesday by the N.H. Community Development Finance Authority.

The city was awarded a $500,000 CDBG to support its on-going Neighborhood Revitalization Program, which so far has rehabilitated 65 households, making them energy efficient, lead safe, and code compliant.
