BERLIN -- Gov. John Lynch is scheduled to be in the Berlin-Gorham area Tuesday. His day here will start at 10 a.m. with a tour of the Gorham Paper and Tissue mill where he will view the new tissue machine that began operation in October. At noon, Lynch is slated to tour the Burgess BioPower biomass plant in Berlin. The plant has passed the halfway point in its construction and last week its new steam turbine arrived on-site. The governor will wrap up his day here with a visit to the fourth grade class at Hillside Elementary School in Berlin.
