BERLIN — Gov. Chris Sununu toured Deflex Innovations on Jericho Road Wednesday morning, getting an update on the Canadian company that expanded to the city in 2017. Deflex is an advanced composite manufacturing company that makes fiberglass composite parts for Volvo buses at its Berlin facility.

After the tour, Sununu criticized city leadership, saying the state has done a lot for Berlin, including greatly increasing money for education.

Perhaps Sununu should remember in comparing Littleton snd Berlin that the former sits directly on I93! If tye Governor really wants to help Berlin, perhaps he should mandate a HIGHWAY thru The my. Washington Valkey! But the “Conway” bypass just got scraped because Conway didn’t want it! Too bad...we need a direct highway to the Great North Woods and the choices are either expanding Rte 16 thru to Errol or building a major extension of I93 through the mounts directly to Berlin. Which one do you think will be cheaper?????
