BERLIN — The Berlin Planning Board had a short meeting Tuesday night as only a few items were up for vote.

Interim City Manager and Community Development Director Pam Laflamme updated board members on the status of various projects and proposals. She told the board that the city council recently approved changes to the zoning ordinances to modify city lot sizes from 10,000 to 5,000 square feet as well as updating the city’s restrictions regarding commercial signage. She said she is still working on a draft proposal regarding allowing manufactured housing in certain residential areas, a topic that has been discussed for the past several months.
