New President Named at White Mountains Community College

BERLIN — A seasoned higher education leader with more than two decades of experience in teaching and administration has been named president of White Mountains Community College.

The Community College System of New Hampshire reported Sarmad Saman of Marlborough, Mass., is the new president of WMCC. The position has been filled by Interim President Melanie Robbins since former President Charles Lloyd was promoted to vice chancellor last fall. Headquartered in Berlin, WMCC also has a campus in Littleton.
