CONCORD — The Berlin Police Department is in receipt of a RSA 91-A right to know request from Executive Councilor Janet Stevens related to the murder of Sandra Marisol Fuentes Huaracha at age 25 and the suicide of her estranged husband on July 6, 2025.

It comes days after the department issued a report on its handling of the matter in which the department acknowledges serious deficiencies in its handling of the matter particularly in the days leading up to the murder/suicide.
