BERLIN — The N.H. National Guard has vacated the Berlin armory on Riverside Drive and is proposing to offer it as surplus property to another state agency or to the city of Berlin.

In an April 3 letter, the Adjutant General’s Department notified the N.H. Council on Resources and Development that the adjutant general has determined the agency “no longer has a need for the Berlin Armory. The department proposes to convey the property to either another state agency or to the city of Berlin. If no interest is expressed by another state agency or by the City of Berlin, the department requests to sell the property.”
