LANCASTER — A Maine man will serve time in prison after sentencing for a domestic violence incident that took place in Milan last November.

A part of a plea agreement, Christopher Rodgers, 33, of Westbrook, Maine, pleaded guilty in Coos County Superior Court to burglary, resisting arrest and two counts of second-degree assault — domestic violence involving strangulation. An additional count of second-degree assault and two counts of criminal threatening/domestic violence with fear of bodily injury were nolle prossed as part of the agreement. The charges were all felonies except for the misdemeanor charge of resisting arrest.
