REGION — North Country Healthcare encourages area residents to protect themselves and their families ahead of the upcoming flu season by attending one of its upcoming flu shot clinics.

The clinics will provide seasonal influenza vaccinations and an opportunity to speak with local health-care professionals about flu prevention and vaccination.
