OSSIPEE — A Bartlett man with longstanding ties to Kennett High School pleaded not guilty after being indicted in Carroll County Superior Court on several felonies, including aggravated felonious sexual assault.

On Oct. 25, Malcolm Badger, 28, who volunteered with KHS’ Key Club International chapter, turned himself into Conway police on a warrant on a charge of felonious sexual assault as defined by NH RSA 632-A:3.
