BERLIN — Jeff Lemoine is the city’s new chief of police, sworn in Monday morning by Berlin Police Commission chairman Marc Tremblay.
Police officers from Berlin, Coos County Attorney John McCormick, officials with the county sheriff’s office, several city councilors, Police Commissioner Pierre Morin, friends, family and other law enforcement representatives attended the ceremony.
