BERLIN — Gov. Chris Sununu has signed into law House Bill 635 designed to assist North Country Growers’ efforts to build a commercial greenhouse operation in Berlin.

The bill allows on-site combined heat and power agricultural facilities to qualify for payment-in-lieu-of-taxes agreements with their host community.
