N.H. Supreme Court hears arguments on Gorham ATV case

CONCORD — In what may be their last hope, a group of Gorham property owners have asked the state Supreme Court to order the state to shut down an ATV trail that goes through their neighborhood. Oral arguments were heard last Thursday.

Homeowners in the Lancaster Road/Crestwood Drive neighborhood filed suit in Coos Superior Court against the N.H. Department of Transportation, the N.H. Department of Natural and Cultural Resources and the town of Gorham in 2018.
