BERLIN — Former Berlin Superintendent of Schools Corinne Cascadden has been named to serve on the independent commission set up by the Legislature to study school funding in New Hampshire.

The 16-member committee will have until Sept. 1 to issue a final report with recommendations to “ensure a uniform and equitable design for financing the cost of an adequate education for all public school students in pre-kindergarten through grade 12, with a revenue source that is uniform across the state.”
