CONWAY — Selectman John Colbath last week encouraged his colleagues to revisit paid parking in North Conway, an idea that roiled the town last winter.

The plan floated last year was to charge $2 per hour during business hours to park in North Conway Village with a pay-by-app system. It was estimated the program could raise about $1 million annually.
