BERLIN — The Berlin City Council on Monday approved a coffee-and-prayers road toll for Feb. 28 from 8-10 a.m., across from the Berlin Marketplace. The Word of God Christian church would conduct the event. No money will be collected, and its purpose is for a bit of an uplift of the caffeine and spiritual sense for those who stop by in their cars.
