BERLIN — Against the backdrop of Veterans Day, the city rededicated 12 Memorial Place to all the local veterans who served in the Vietnam War.
In his remarks, Mayor Paul Grenier said the park had originally been dedicated to Vietnam veterans over 20 years ago through the efforts of local veterans, Boy Scouts, and community members who chipped in to make the Dead River park a place of honor.
