Foot traffic re-routed at AVH while new doors installed

On November 4, and 5, new sliding entrance doors will be installed at Androscoggin Valley Hospital, specifically at the first floor entrance leading into the lobby, and at the second floor entrance near the Emergency Room/Imaging area. Regarding the second floor entrance, foot traffic will be directed to the 2-North door. Signage will be posted both inside and outside of the hospital. Regarding the first floor, front entrance, those doors will be installed on November 5. During that time, security will meet cars at the intersection immediately before the parking lot which is normally designated for patient visitors. Visitors will be directed to the rear parking lot adjacent to the second floor entrance. Again, signage will assist.
