STEWARTSTOWN — New Hampshire State Police Troop F, based in Twin Mountain, conducted an investigation into a domestic violence related incident on Nov. 22. As a result of that investigation conducted by uniformed patrol and the detective bureau, police arrested Eliseo Ramirez, 39, of Stewartstown.

Ramirez was charged with one count of aggravated felonious sexual assault, two counts of second-degree assault, strangulation, and one count of false imprisonment. He is being held on preventative detention at the Coos County House of Corrections and was scheduled to appear at Coos County Superior Court on Nov. 23 for his arraignment.
