Dalton man arrested on multiple charges, including theft of fire truck

DALTON — A 30-year-old Dalton man is scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday in Lancaster District Court on charges that include interfering with public safety officials responding to a fire at his home on Tuesday afternoon.

Nestor Roman II was taken into custody after an investigation involving other locations. He faces multiple charges after he stole a rescue truck from one of the first responder agencies responding to his burning home in Dalton.
