In First Circuit Court, District Division, Berlin, on Thursday, Jan. 2, 2020, the following cases were heard:

Alex L. Stockbridge, 36, 208 Pleasant St., Franklin, was found guilty of violating a protective order and ordered to serve a term of 90 days in the Coos County House of Corrections with credit for two days served, all suspended on the condition he maintains good behavior for one year, participates in anger management counseling and provides written proof of participation with the court on a quarterly basis. A charge of breach of bail was nolle prossed. A charge of domestic violence-simple assault-physical contact was placed on file without a finding on the condition he maintains good behavior for one year.
