In the Thursday, May 16 First Circuit Court news, Berkley Churchill, 38, of Berlin was found guilty of violation of probation and resisting arrest only. He was given two concurrent sentences of 90 days in the House of Correction with all but 10 days suspended on good behavior. He will self report to the House of Correction on August 29. Additional charges listed in the report were old charges that have already been resolved.
